For the past few years, we have been unable to have our guests come and join us here.  This year, we begin again to have our guests stay with us.  It will look different from years past. Before we would house up to 50 guests at one time.  This year, we have the opportunity to house 25 -30 guests.  This will include families.  We will not know our exact number until we get closer.  We will still need many prayers, hands, hearts, and faces to show up for our families and friends who will be part of our family for a week.

Thank you for taking the time to pray and see how God is calling you to help this week.

Right now, we need leaders to help get everything organized where we do not have a leader yet.

Here are the Committees:​

•  Set-up Committee- Peggy - Prepare the areas of the Social Hall our guest will be using, Saturday November 4
• Hospitality –Cheryl Beckman- greet guest as they enter the Social Hall and assist with check-in.
• Photography- NO COORDINATOR YET - take pictures throughout the evening and some afternoons of guests and volunteers. Time: Saturday through Friday, 5: 00 -7:00 pm and 7:30 – 9:30 pm.
• Evening Activities NO COORDINATOR YET - Staff and monitor the areas of the building that our guests are using.  Mingle with guests, play cards and games with them if they are looking for a partner assist with other activities going on at the time   Time:  Every evening 7:30 – 10:30 pm
• Night Monitors – Alex Rovinski- Men and women to be present and assist guests as needed through the night.  Time: 10:30 pm to 2:30 am and 2:30 am to 6:30 am.
• Morning Clean- NO COORDINATOR YET- Make sure that all areas are cleaned and ready for use again. Remain with guests until the are back on the bus to Cass.
• Clothes Closet- NO COORDINATOR YET- assist and monitor guest as they take turns choosing items from the clothing donations.  Time: Sunday, Tuesday, Friday 7:15 pm t0 9:30 pm.
• Luxury Store - NO COORDINATOR YET- assist guests with finding items in the Free “Store” Time:  Wednesday, Thursday 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm.
• Laundry- NO COORDINATOR YET - Wash, fold and return sheets, pillowcases and blankets to Church before and/or after the week.
• Evening Snack – Peggy- If your group or organization would like to provide and/or serve the snack one evening, this is your opportunity!  In the past, Brownie troops, Girl and Boy Scout Troops and soccer teams have sponsored a snack night.  Saturday through Friday, 8:00 – 9:00 pm
• and Meals – Carmen Freemen – Help cook, serve and clean-up for breakfast and dinner.  Times vary based on day.  Three shifts.  Please see signup sheets.
