About Me
Ms. Fichtner has been working in the Catholic School System since 1987. She has  taught in other Detroit area Catholic Schools.  During this time, Ms. Fichtner taught grades Kindergarten, First, Second, Third, Sixth, and Seventh  Grade.  Her favorite  grade is second grade!  One of Ms. Fichtner’s favorite things to do is to sing in her church choir.
From the Second Grade Teacher
Ms. Fichtner joined the St. Fabian School Family in 2022. Teaching second graders is always an adventure each day. The curiosity of the students is amazing. The questions and responses that these children give bring a smile to my face. They are reading more and want to share this with their friends. The students are learning more about their faith and have significant sacramental celebrations to look forward to. The foundation of learning continues to grow!
