Registration Information
Priority online registration for current families begins on Monday, January 11, 2021 and ends Friday, January 29, 2021. Open registration begins January 31, 2021:
- Registration Fee $300 per family due at registration (non-refundable, not deducted from tuition total)
- Enrichment Fund $200 per family due by November 1, 2021 (tax deductible)
- Technology Fee $125 per full time student due by June 1, 2021
- Facts Tuition Management Fee varies dependent on payment selection

Please attach the following documents to your application or make copies to submit to the school office:
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Copy of Baptismal Record
- Copy of Record of Immunization & Health Appraisal
- Copy of Concussion Form
- Copy of the Previous 2-3 Years of Report Cards Depending on Request From School Office
- Copy of all Standardized test scores, i.e. M-STEP, NWEA, etc.
