For 2006-2007, the order cut-off dates are as follows:

• Order by December 6, 2006 for delivery by December 20, 2006

• Order by February 1 2007 for delivery by March 1 2007

• Order by April 1 2007 for delivery by May 1, 2007

• Order by September 15, 2007 for delivery by October 1, 2007
