CYO SPORTS - INTRAMURAL BASKETBALL

Intramural Basketball For 1st to 4th grade:

Registration Form for 2007/2008 Winter Season (1-4th grade)
We will take IM registrations up to December 31, 2007. Fill out form and make check payable to St. Fabian CYO.

Submit using one of the following methods:

Register in the School Lobby on 12/16/07 & 12/23/07 from 9AM to 12 Noon

Use the school mail system attention : Sue Kendall.

Games will be played on Saturday and/or Sundays

Cost is $30.00/player (includes tee-shirt and celebration banquet after the players last game). Please be prepared to pay when registering your child(ren) as registration cannot be accepted without payment. (A copy of the registration form can be printed off the website).

Parent volunteers are essential for this program’s success. Please offer to coach, become an assistant coach, or run the scoreboard.
